HOW TO ATTEND
Two Invitation Paths
Every guest must register in advance and receive confirmation before attending. Sponsor allocation or invitation alone does not guarantee admission.
Media, Analysts & Influencers
Qualified journalists, analysts, and healthcare influencers may request an invitation. Attendance is complimentary, but all requests are reviewed and must be approved.
Presenting Sponsor Guests
Each presenting sponsor receives a defined guest allocation. Every sponsor guest must register individually so they can be confirmed and included on the event check-in list.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Advance Registration Is Required
All attendees must be registered and confirmed before the event. Anyone not on the approved check-in list will not be admitted to the elevator or event space.
Confirmed Guests Only
Registration is complete only after the guest receives confirmation that their invitation or sponsor allocation has been approved.
Individual Registration
Every attendee must register under their own name and contact information. Sponsor guest allocations cannot be transferred without updating the registration record.
Photo ID Required
Guests should bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the confirmed registration list.
Request Your Invitation
Qualified media may request consideration, while sponsor guests register through their organization’s allocation. All attendance remains subject to confirmation.
